What is Reiki healing?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique which involves the
laying of hands on or over top of the body. Universal energy is
passed through the practitioner, onto the client, to promote deep
relaxation, emotional and physical healing. Mediumship moments
may occur during a treatment, which will be shared with the
client’s permission.
Cathy Morgan

Cathy is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO)
where she received principles-based training in the art of
osteopathic manual therapy. She is a current member of the
Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA).
Cathy is passionate about the concept of alignment to help
facilitate healing within the body and came to understand this
first through yoga. Witnessing the restorative power of alignment
and yoga within her own body, Cathy became a yoga teacher,
falling in love with anatomy, which eventually led to osteopathy.
Cathy’s treatment approach is to apply and learn from the
principles of osteopathy. This includes understanding the
relationships between structure and function of the body using
gentle manipulations to encourage alignment and mobility to
facilitate the body’s natural ability to selfheal and self-regulate.
